Aldo shoes and Pompei A.D., the creative agency behind such retail stores as Anthropologie and Urban Outfitters, have teamed up to create Locale, a shopping mall experience inspired by cafés, galleries, and other popular urban meeting places.

Toronto’s New Blue Edge, the largest waterfront development project in North America, has announced the winning bid to develop a four-hectare parcel of industrial land. Cesar Pelli of Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, was in Toronto last week to present his vision for the massive project.
