Delirious about Rem

Rem Koolhaas spoke recently at Columbia University in New York City about a return to simplicity in current projects at the Office of Metropolitan Architecture (OMA). This return to simplicity encompassed a heritage project in Russia that preserves some of the building's decay, and a slab structure in Dubai that rotates 360 degrees. Of course, as is so often the case, what was most interesting was what wasn't discussed.
