Toronto’s New Blue Edge, the largest waterfront development project in North America, has announced the winning bid to develop a four-hectare parcel of industrial land. Cesar Pelli of Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects, was in Toronto last week to present his vision for the massive project.

These days, it’s nice hear about bookstores opening, even if they’re only temporarily. One of New York’s top contemporary art dealers, David Zwirner, is converting one of his three West 19th Street galleries into a pop-up bookstore, from August 9 to 13.

The Impossible Project. That is the name of the company now on a mission to bring back instant analog film for vintage Polaroid cameras. The Netherland factory announced today it is launching a Silver Shade version of the film and, this year alone, it plans to roll out one million film packs.
